Meeting Minutes
March 25, 2005

Group Decision:

We discussed that each technology will include both a Technical resource potential and a realizable (or some better terminology) resource potential. The definition for the Technical resource potential is the potential after using the first set of filters. The realizable resource potential is the potential in which we think we can fully utilize.

Schedule:

  • Each author will send their latest draft incorporating all of the comments they have received so far to Caroline Winn by April 8th . She will post next draft of each chapter onto the website soon after receiving them.
  • Everyone will list potential peer reviewers of each chapter by the 8th of April. Send these to Caroline Winn.

Next (future) Steps for Group (overview):

  1. Complete the Technical Potential study we are currently working on which is answering “How much do we have?”
  2. After #1 is done, the next phase of the report could be “Optimum Amount of Renewable Portfolio” study answering “How much should we use in our Renewables Portfolio?”
  3. After #2 is done, perform a full analysis of the economics and implementation plan for the named Renewables portfolio.
